1. About Us

These Terms govern your access to and use of the What a Dress web and mobile services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years or older (or 16 years where permitted by local law).
By using the Service you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3. Our Service

What a Dress lets you design and visualize wedding dresses and related apparel through AI-generated imagery and video.

Generation options:

  • Virtual Model Output (VMO): produced with synthetic avatars.

  • Photo-Based Output (PBO): generated from an uploaded photo that contains your likeness or another identifiable person.

We rely on Google Gemini (image generation) and Veo 3 (video generation) as subprocessors and configure their services with data-retention off where possible.

4. Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees & Refunds

  • Premium Unlock: Image generation packages processed securely via Stripe.

  • Premium unlocks advanced generation and download features.

  • Refunds: Because each generation incurs immediate cost, purchases are final once any generations have been used.

    • If you buy a package but make no generations within 14 days, you may email [email protected] for a full refund.

    • EU/EEA users retain mandatory consumer withdrawal rights under Swedish law (Distance Contracts Act 2005:59).

  • Taxes are included or added as required by local law.

6. User Content & Outputs

User Content includes photos, text prompts, selections, and feedback you submit.
Outputs are the images/videos generated from that input.

You remain the owner of your User Content and Outputs, subject to these Terms and third-party rights.

Licences you grant us

You grant Agily AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your User Content and Outputs only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

We will never use User Photos or Photo-Based Outputs for marketing without your explicit opt-in consent.
Virtual Model Outputs may be used in marketing examples unless you opt out.

Usage rights

  • You may use your Outputs for personal and portfolio purposes.

  • Commercial use of VMO is permitted; commercial use of PBO requires consent of any identifiable person shown.

  • You must not upload or generate content that is illegal, sexual, harassing, or infringes others’ rights.

7. Public Gallery

  • Free accounts participate in the public gallery by default.

  • Premium users can opt out in settings. Public items may appear in What a Dress marketing and social feeds.

8. Image Retention

  • User uploads (PBO inputs): stored until you delete them.

  • Generated images (Outputs): kept indefinitely if you save them to your account; you may delete them at any time.

  • Backups are purged on a rolling schedule after deletion.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service. You will not upload malware or violating material.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and brand assets belong to Agily AB or our licensors. Nothing here grants you rights to our marks or code.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service and Outputs are provided “as is.” We make no warranties of accuracy or fitness for purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agily AB and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total aggregate liability will not exceed USD $100 or the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising shall be finally settled by arbitration in Sweden under the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, with Swedish as the language of proceedings.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Meta / Facebook Platform Terms

If you choose to sign in or connect through Meta / Facebook, your use of those features is also governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Facebook terms and policies. You must comply with those terms when using Meta features in our Service. We only request the permissions needed to provide login and related functionality.
